Easy to Use

Pour 300 ml of milk (we recommend fresh one) or water into the Ushakes bottle and add 1 portion (app. 26 g) of your favourite flavour of Ushakes powder. Then close the bottle carefully and shake your mixture for about 15 seconds. Your healthy meal is ready to drink. Enjoy!
