Vitalab d.o.o. collects personal information, such as name, surname, address, city, zip code and state (for the delivery), date of birth (for age testing), phone number (for possible information testing about customer’s order) and e-mail address (for informing the customer about a purchasing course and about novelties on the web site). The information of the customer and the way of payment will be used exclusively for the purpose of purchase and for informing a customer.
